Protecting Your IP: Why Training Data Stays Your Training Data

One of the most common questions we get from enterprise clients is: "If I upload my internal manuals, will they show up in ChatGPT for my competitors?" The answer is a resounding no. Protecting your intellectual property is a core pillar of our platform architecture.
The "Wall" Between Models
Fragly uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach. This means we use your data to inform the AI's responses, but we never feed that data back into the underlying large language models for training. Your documentation stays in a secure, encrypted "vector database" that is unique to your account. It's like having a private brain that only your assistant can access.
Encryption at Rest and in Transit
Every piece of data, from your website crawl to your uploaded PDFs, is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We treat your business knowledge with the same level of security that a bank treats your financial records. Furthermore, we comply with strict data residency requirements, ensuring your data stays where it's supposed to.
You Control the Access
Through the Knowledge Module, you have granular control over what the AI can see. You can remove pages, update sections, or delete files at any time. When you delete a piece of data from Fragly, it is purged from our indexing systems immediately, giving you full sovereignty over your digital footprint.
